Ren and Stimpy. The Lost Episodes

Ren and Stimpy. The Lost Episodes (also known as Adult Party Cartoon) is an animation series created by Canadian cartoonist John Kricfalusi for TNN cable TV station (later known as Spike TV). The series is an Adults-Only reboot of the popular cartoon Ren and Stimpy originally broadcasted on children TV station Nickelodeon. It was aired from June 26 to July 26 in 2003. It was rated TV-MA in the USA.

Ren and Stimpy, The lost episodes is an even nastier version of the original Ren and Stimpy TV series. In these episodes you will find the accustomed scatological Ren and Stimpy humor mixed with racy jokes, and tons of hots chicks, some of them completely naked!! (At last Human girls, as Ren would say).

Well, these are the Ren and Stimpy lost episodes (Which were not really lost just too "adult" to be broadcast on Nickelodeon).

Every episode starts with Ren and Stimpy creator John Kricfalusi talking about the making of the episode and also giving some reasons why TV executives banned these episodes at the time the original Ren and Stimpy series was on TV.

First episode is entitled "Naked Beach Frenzy"

This episode is all about Ren trying to manhandle (doghandle?) as many hot chicks as possible on the beach while dealing with a huge, crazy and grossly hairy life saver

Second episode is "Stimpy's Pregnant".

Many may think...Oh wait..Isn´t Stimpy a guy??. Well, not this time. As John K explains, Sometimes Stimpy is a girl. We can also see this "gender-change" in some episodes of the original Ren and Stimpy show. In this episode Ren is about to become a family man and Stimpy is his lovely wife...yeah, this just sounds too disturbing. Prepare yourself to see one of the most bizarre Ren and Stimpy episodes..plus a girly Stimpy with huge boobs.

Third episode "The altruists"

This is the longest Ren and Stimpy episode ever made. It lasts a bit more than 30 minutes. In this episode, Ren and Stimpy are the good guys who will help a poor newly widow and his headless (yeah, no head) son build a new house. Oh yes, they were evicted as well. How could Ren and Stimpy help someone build a house if they don´t even have a place or money?? Well, as they episode title says they are altruists and altruists sometimes do shady things in order to get their altruist deeds done, right?? well, not really.. But Ren and Stimpy do..and they are not any less good for doing that. By the way, Check the notorious chainsaw scene.

Fourth episode "Ren seeks help"

Ren has done something so horrible that not even Stimpy can forgive him. I´m pretty sure that everyone agrees that Ren needs some help. In this episode the neurotic Chihuahua go seek professional help in order to cure his twisted behavior. Also, we will know Ren´s roots of his evil. ..Oh man, Ren's childhood sure was so messed up!!
Fifth episode "Fire Dogs 2"

In this sequel to the original "Fire Dogs" episode, Eddie and Tommy, I mean, Ren and Stimpy become bestest friends with the Chief fireman from the original episode. This wouldn't be that bad If the Chief fireman wasn´t a lunatic fatass whose biggest challenge is flush the toilet everytime he takes a dump. Yeah, you must expect lots of poo and fart gags.

Sixth episode "Onward and Upward"

Finally, Ren and Stimpy have made it big!! They have left behind poverty by moving out of the mouth of some homeless man in which they used to live to enjoying the high life in their new residence, a spitting bowl...Well, this is the Ren and Stimpy show after all. By the way, What´s for dinner today?? You don't really want to know.

That´s all folks!! This was my brief synopsis of Ren and Stimpy. The Lost Episodes. I have to say that I enjoyed watching these episodes as much as the original ones. It´s a pity that Ren and Stimpy are not around anymore. I hope more "Lost episodes" come out in the future. As a way to say goodbye, I´d like to say...Happy Happy Joy Joy!!

Gantz live-action movie trailer

A trailer for the upcoming live-action films Gantz, directed by Shinsuke Sato and based on Hiroya Oku's sci-fi action manga. The first of two Gantz movies should premiere in Japan next year in January, followed by a second movie in spring 2011. The film's lead actors will be Kazunari Ninomiya (Tekkon Kinkreet, Letters from Iwo Jima) and Kenichi Matsuyama (Death Note, Detroit Metal City, NANA, Kamui Gaiden), playing as Kei Kurono and Masaru Kato, respectively. The two are college students who die in a subway accident, only to be brought back to life by a mysterious black sphere known as GANTZ. Equipped with advanced weaponry and special suits that give them superhuman abilities, they're forced to carry out alien assassination missions, earning "points" toward eventually buying their freedom. However, various incidents along the way complicate matters. (based on Nippon Cinema synopsis)

Six minutes of "Ana" in Guadalajara

Last weekend, Mexican Film-maker Carlos Carrera ("El Crimen del Padre Amaro", "Traspatio"), winner of the Golden Palm Award for his animated short film "El Heroe", showed a 6 minute-long scene of Ana, his first 3D animated feature movie at the International Film Festival of Guadalajara. As of April, everyone will be able to enjoy the 6 minutes-long scene of "Ana" at the official webpage of its film production company, www.locolocofilms.com. In May, it will be screened in 3D at the Cannes Festival.

Ana represents a landmark project in Mexican 3D animation. It is expected to compete with the stunning productions of renowned studios such as "Pixar" and "Dreamworks". We will be able to enjoy more than one scene until 2012 when the Locoloco Film Team is expected to finish making this costly production.
