With no apparent reason, The dead have left thir graves and started attacking people. A group of students are stranded in their highschool. They are fighting against a horde of man-eating zombies. Later on, these students will realize that in this apocalytic situation, the biggest threat for humans are the humans themselves. As they struggle to find a way to escape from this zombie mayhem, they will face situations that will test their own human nature. Highschool of the Dead was written by Daisuke Sato and illustrated by Shouji Sato. This manga was being published in Fujimi Shobo's Monthly Dragon Age since September 2006, however, it has been on hiatus since the end of 2008.
