Golden Boy

Golden Boy is an anime and manga created by mangaka Tatsuya Egawa. The anime has 6 episodes. It tells the story of Kintaro Oe, a 25 year-old college drop out. He quit studying at college because he thought that he had learned everything that he needed from it, and now he is travelling throughout Japan on his bicycle searching for jobs in which he can learn new things. As he obtains a job, he also gets involved with a girl. The series has a strong erotic content, due mainly to Kintaro's sexual fantasies.However, the reasons why Golden Boy stand out for the most part are for the crazy and embarassing situations in which its progatonist gets involved. Kintaro's relationships usually go badly, and he ends up being turned down. But there is always a situation in which he shows his courage and boldness in front of the girl in whom he is interested at the moment. While travelling, Kintaro always brings a notebook with him in which he writes down everything he finds interesting.
